By downloading, installing, or using FateAlert ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You acknowledge that the App is licensed, not sold, to you. You may not:
FateAlert is an AI-powered fortune-telling application that provides BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny) readings, compatibility analysis, and personalized insights based on traditional Chinese astrology and modern AI technology.
FateAlert offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
Subscription Terms:
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time (see Section 6 below for instructions).
• Prices are in USD and may vary in other countries. Actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on your country of residence.
FateAlert offers a free trial period for Monthly and Yearly subscription plans only. The Weekly subscription plan does not include a free trial and will be charged immediately upon purchase.
3-Day Free Trial (Monthly and Yearly Plans Only)
• New subscribers to Monthly or Yearly plans may be eligible for a 3-day free trial of the premium features.
• You will not be charged during the free trial period.
• At the end of the 3-day free trial, your Monthly or Yearly subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the standard subscription rate, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial to avoid being charged.
• Each user is eligible for only one free trial per subscription group. If you have previously redeemed a free trial, you will be charged immediately upon subscribing.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Important: Deleting the app does NOT cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your device's subscription settings.

You can also manage your Google Play subscriptions at: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be provided for the remaining period.
Refund policies are governed by the platform through which you made the purchase:
FateAlert does not process payments or refunds directly. All billing inquiries should be directed to Apple or Google.
All fortune-telling readings, predictions, and analyses provided by FateAlert are for entertainment and reference purposes only. They should not be used as the sole basis for making important life decisions including but not limited to financial, medical, legal, or relationship decisions. FateAlert does not guarantee the accuracy of any predictions or readings.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of FateAlert and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from FateAlert shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FATEALERT, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services that are not owned or controlled by FateAlert. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that FateAlert shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by the use of any such third-party services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
